Text on Obligation to Inform according to the Data Privacy Law

This Text has been prepared by ÉNNUSH Moda ve Tekstil Ltd. Şti.  (“Data Controller” or “Énnush”), in accordance with Article 10 of the Law no. 6698 on Data Privacy, Communique on Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform and respective Guidelines of the Data Privacy Board to meet the obligation to inform. 

Énnush conducts activities for marketing and selling of its products online. While conducting these sale and marketing activities, Énnush may process personal information such as name, surname, address, email address or telephone number by automated or by non-automated means, verbally, written or electronically, in accordance with Article 4 of the Law no. 6698 on Data Privacy and relevant principles for the purposes of informing clients on promotions, discounts, and special offers, informing clients on content shared via social media channels, distribution of the products. 

Your personal data may be processed with your express consent or if obligatory for the Data Controller’s legit needs, in accordance with Article 5 of the Data Privacy Law with considering respect to your personal rights and freedoms.

Your personal data may be shared within Turkey or abroad with the cooperating cargo firms, and other third-party solution partners if there is need for delivery of the services. 

In line with Article 11 of the Data Privacy Law, you are entitled a) to learn whether your personal data are processed or not, b) to demand for information as to if your personal data have been processed, c) to learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether these personal data are used in compliance with the purpose, ç) to know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred in country or abroad, d) to request the rectification of the incomplete or inaccurate data, if any, e) to request the erasure or destruction of your personal data under the conditions referred to in Article 7 of the Law, f) to request reporting of the operations carried out pursuant to sub-paragraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred, g) to object to the occurrence of a result against yourself by analyzing the data processed solely through automated systems,) to claim compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.

To perform your rights, you shall contact us via email address info@ennush.com or at the address Harbiye Mah. Bronz Sok. No:1 D:10 Nişantaşı/Beşiktaş İstanbul. If you contact with us about your rights in writing, we will get back to you within 30 (thirty) days at the latest.

Explicit Consent within Data Privacy Law

I have read and understood the Text on Obligation to Inform according to the Data Privacy Law prepared by Énnush Moda ve Tekstil Ltd. Şti. (“Data Controller” or “Énnush”). Within this Text, I explicitly consent to processing of my personal data by Énnush while Énnush conducting sale and marketing activities online, such as name, surname, address, email address or telephone number by automated or by non-automated means, verbally, written or electronically, in accordance with Article 4 of the Law no. 6698 on Data Privacy and relevant principles for the purposes of informing us on promotions, discounts, and special offers, informing us on content shared via social media channels, distribution of the products. I further accept that my personal data may be shared within Turkey or abroad with third party cargo firms or other solution partners if there is need for delivery of services. I have read and understood my rights under Article 11 of the Data Privacy Law via this Text on Obligation to Inform according to the Data Privacy Law.
